Can anyone take part in the

your workshops?

We place inclusivity at the centre of our approach, encouraging everyone to have fun in our workshops in a non-judgmental and relaxed environment. Additionally, unlike most physical team-building experiences, playing music is accessible to everyone, irrespective of age or physical needs.

Whilst most of our participants enjoy performing, we appreciate some may feel uncomfortable at that prospect. Not everyone has to sing or play an instrument to be essential to the team: some may choose to learn how to use the mixing desk and/or lighting rig as key 'crew' members for their bands.

Do you need any musical

ability?

Not at all! Our workshops are carefully designed for all levels of ability and prior experience. Many of the people we work with have little or no prior musical experience. We encourage those who already play an instrument we offer, to challenge themselves with something new and level the playing field.

Our approach is tailored to a range of abilities: with decades of teaching experience, we have tried and tested approaches to providing the appropriate level of challenge for every participant. We pride ourselves in creating a relaxed and non-judgmental environment where everyone can flourish!

Are the workshops loud?

Can you organise venues and hospitality for us?

All logistical details can be taken care of for you. We have partnered with a number of excellent venues with many years experience of in hosting corporate events. Team Rockstar does not personally provide catering, allowing us to focus on delivering outstanding musical workshop experiences. It makes sense to engage catering pros to do that. Depending on your requirements, we can liaise closely with the hosting venue on your behalf to provide catering. Alternatively, this could be provided by a third party of your

choosing if we are coming to your choice of venue or place of work.

Can you visit our place of

work?

Our team are experienced road warriors, having years of touring under their belts! We are very happy to travel to you and provide our workshop (or other packages) at your workplace, if this is preferred to hiring an external venue.

We are fully self-contained in terms of equipment required and can set-up in a space suitable for the group size you intend for us to work with. All details can be arranged after your initial enquiry.

Are you fully insured?

As members of the Musician’s Union, we have collective indemnity cover of over £2,000,000.

You can rest assured that we have all eventualities covered and you have no liability whilst in our workshops or other events relating to direct involvement with Team Rockstar.

Can we combine the different packages you offer?

Yes! Often clients we work with choose to combine the team-building or client entertainment band workshops with evening entertainment to blow off some steam.

We offer an 'add-on' of either Bandeoke or our superb party band (or a combination of both!) at a discounted package rate, and can work closely with the venue and caterers to cover all your guest's needs: from tea/coffe and lunches to four-course meals and licensed bars.

Is there an option of getting a video of our performance?

Teams we work with often like the idea of having a take-home record of their achievements from the workshop day. As such, we offer an extra service of professionally recording your final performances, using multiple hi-resolution cameras and expertly mixed audio from our mixing desk. Private digital download links will be made available to your team/clients 48 hours after the event.

There is a small extra cost associated with this, due to the additional equipment and time to edit your rockstar performances. Wow your friends, family and colleagues with your achievements from the day!
